The Oakland A’s have signed 29-year old righty reliever Carlos Fisher to a minor league deal.  Fisher pitched in 52 games (0 starts) in AAA-ball last year for the Reds and he was 0-2 with a 4.61 ERA and a 1.72 WHIP.  He last pitched in the majors in 2011 with the Reds.  Fisher has pitched in 74 games (0 starts) in his first three years in the majors and he is 2-5 with a 4.74 ERA and a 1.54 WHIP.  Fisher has a good arm and a lot of pitchers have turned things around in Oakland.
