I think the Warriors are going to be better in 2012-13, but so it most of the Western Conference. I have a hard time putting faith in Stephen Curry and Andrew Bogut to stay healthy in 2012-13. If they stay healthy, the Warriors will definitely be around a .500 team, but I just don’t see that happening. I would have to bet the under if forced to make one on the Warriors for the 2012-13 season.

The Warriors were only 26-56 last season as they seemed to be going through the motions. They have forced Don Nelson into retirement, replacing him with Keith Smart. Adding David Lee to Stephen Curry & Monta Ellis gives the Warriors a damn good top three. If Andris Biedrins can stay healthy and the Warriors get production out of the small forwards they will be a surprise team out West. I would take the over on wins for the Warriors in 2010-11. The Warriors are also 175-1 to win the NBA Championship but I wouldn’t touch that with a 10-foot pole.

The over/under for Golden State Warriors wins in 2009-2010 is 35.5

The Warriors will likely have a hard time winning 36 or more games this season. With Stephen Jackson and Monta Ellis causing problems already the Warriors will likely consider trading both of them during this season. With that in mind I would have to take the under with the Warriors this season despite a pretty talented roster from top to bottom. It seemed like the team was tuning out head coach Don Nelson last year and that’s never a good sign.
